Spinach and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1 scoop Folona pea protein powder
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
- ¼ cup ice cubes (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional).
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
