Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, almond milk, pea protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
