Multigrain Bread

Ingredients:
Dry
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour,
- 1/2 cup rolled oats,
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal,
- 1 tbsp baking powder,
- 1 tsp salt,
- 1/4 cup Folona Collagen powder.
Wet
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in 3 tbsp water for 10 mins),
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5" loaf pan.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients until well combined.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Don't overmix!
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice, savor, and feel the difference.
