Ingredients:
- 1 cup Folona Pea Milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: whipped coconut cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine Folona Pea Milk, sliced banana, cocoa powder, espresso or coffee, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
